Agreement Signed for Stream Cleaning in Loutraki-Perachora, Agioi Theodoroi, and Corinth to Enhance Flood Prevention and Environmental Protection.
The contract for the cleaning of streams in the Municipalities of Loutraki-Perachora, Agioi Theodoroi, and Corinth was signed on the morning of Friday, June 7th, at the offices of the Regional Unit of Corinthia. The contract was signed by the Deputy Governor of Corinthia, Mr. Anastasios Gkiolis, and the representative of the company GSP Group.
This project is of particular importance for the Municipalities of Loutraki-Perachora, Agioi Theodoroi, and Corinth, as it can contribute to flood prevention, enhancing the safety and protection of these areas.
Proper maintenance and cleaning of the streams also help in preserving local biodiversity, as it prevents the accumulation of waste and pollutants that can harm the natural environment.
